Refund Policy

At M&P Digital Agency. A brand of MandP Supply LLC ("mpdigitalagency.com"), we are committed to providing high-quality digital infrastructure and AI solutions. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing our services.

1. Nature of Services

Our services involve the deployment of digital infrastructure, custom AI agent training, and software integration. These are non-tangible, irrevocable goods and services. As such, we do not offer refunds once the infrastructure deployment process has commenced.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

• Setup Fees: One-time setup fees are strictlly non-refundable once we have begun the onboarding and installation process.
• Subscription Services: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
• Performance Guarantee: We guarantee the functionality and quality of our technical infrastructure ("The Ferrari"). We do not guarantee specific monetary results, ROI, or sales numbers, as these are dependent on factors outside our control (market conditions, your offer, your sales team, etc.).

3. Exceptions

We may consider a refund request under the following exceptional circumstances:

• If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon infrastructure within the specified timeframe due to our own negligence.
• If there is a critical technical failure on our end that prevents the system from functioning as described, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team at support@mpdigitalagency.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider (Stripe/Bank). Unjustified chargebacks will be contested with full documentation of services rendered.

We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and transparently.
